Looks like chicken kidneys heart and liver. Grandpa used to use liver for steelhead bait, pink worms of his day. Back in the 1950s and 60's. Puyallup fish. Caught the crap out of them.

Does indeed look like chicken parts. Must be hard to hook up with it though if that one fish had that many baits in it...

Are there lots of old timers down stream of where you were fishing? "Social security" bait I think it's called.
