I think so and I explained to two officers that calling it boating safety that in reality was just harassing folks sucked. They took it poorly but it is the truth. If they want to do boating safety go to the ramps and work with folks.

Running around bitching about the number background color or the hyphen missing is BS. Enforcement have a tough job but this BS is not how to go about it.
