For the 3rd Annual Fishing Event to be held on Saturday August 29, Salmon for Soldiers is seeking volunteer boat captains to take our wounded warriors salmon fishing. We have more than 300 soldiers and their caregivers already signed up for this year’s event. Currently, we have 62 boat registrations in hand, but have a goal of 150.

This year’s event is scheduled to take advantage of a forecast of nearly 7 MILLION pink salmon returning to Puget Sound. Boat captains and their deck hands wanting to participate in the 3rd Annual Fishing Event should email Randy Shelton (cabincreekadventures@yahoo.com) for a boater registration form.

If you want more information on Salmon for Soldiers, the 2015 Fishing Event or would like to make a donation please visit salmonforsoldiers.com.

Below are the event details. Thank you everyone in advance for your help!

If you have not signed up to be a volunteer boat captain, please do not wait and sign up as soon as you can. We currently have 98 boats registered with 22 more that have expressed interest. Our target is 150 boats.

The Veteran roster is full so let’s get the word out!!!
