With SW MT temps to be in the 90's next two week and water levels (except for the BH) on their way down quickly, I've decided to cancel my upcoming trip. I suppose I could start at 5:00 am, be off the river at 10:00 am, find a bar with AC to hole up during the heat of the day, then get an hour in at dusk... sounds like a large bar tab and few fish to me. Curious what others are doing?

GO TO THE COAST. Spend the money you were going to spend on fuel and jump on a charter boat. Camp out at a nice cool beach, fish a pen river
