Another good weekend for salmon escapement, but not too sure some the eggs already deposited will make it through unscathed.

Tonight, tomorrow night...both look like that, and not much better Saturday and Sunday, either. My Monday/Tuesday fishing trip is not looking so good right now, might be more like Friday/Saturday in a week!

The highest I remember seeing the Queets is 90K, this could get interesting.... it's already up 6 feet this evening.

Queets over 80K... and still rising. Not straight up but definitely still on the rise.
Hump up to 25K but definitely slowing down.
Will they crest soon... or is this just a soft shoulder to the way up to the next level?

All the local rivers have been dropping like a rock the past 24 hours, but steady rain all day here in Grays Harbor has slowed their descent significantly in the past couple hours.
My downspouts are all getting a pretty good purging tonight!
With another storm system expected by Monday, I expect a bunch of them to roller-coaster up and down a couple more times before settling into a nice steady drop mid week.
