First of all, I'd sell my house and quit my job.
Then Id buy two small cabins : one in Alaska and one in Forks. I'd also buy three condos: downtown Seattle, Mazatlan and Maui and I'd spend my time migrating between them all with the seasons.
I would set up trust funds for the next two generations and then focus on hunting, fishing and charity.

After a week of hookers and blow,
hire a couple lawyers, a CPA, a couple financial planners, and maybe a banker like Andy; then
take a float trip or two with Bob and tip him really well; then
buy a cabin on the Dean, a cabin in Terrace, a cabin in Smithers, a cabin on the Kola, pitch a fine expidition tent in Kamchatka, a little getaway in Italy; then
set up trusts for the kids and charities, oh, and the use of the above mentioned cabins, etc.

With the help of my CPA, figure out how much I need to live out the rest of my life happily doing the things I love to do, double it to make sure I'm good  ...and then give the rest away, starting with my family and close friends, trust funds for my youngest relatives and probably some of my friends' kids, and then the rest would go to a few charities. Buy a CHARTER BOAT and don't let anybody charter it.

 I would make sure my family was financially set...for life. I would kick anybody that moved into Washington after 1980, OUT.. Then I would build a wall around the state and fish until I croaked. The wall might be over budget, but what the hell.
