Saw this clip last weekend. I've also looked at historic hatchery production in Washington and Oregon. Sad that there were pretty strong runs during the 70s even across the canal. Apparently they haven't planted in the Skagit. Numbers down on the Green. Snohomish and Skykomish production could come to an end. I usually fish for coastal steelhead and sometimes Columbia river. Where I live I have to travel at least 2 hours to fish a river for steelhead. This will put more pressure on other fisheries.
