went back out to my spot in area 10 yesterday to search for some more coho.
had a fantastic day again, with three fat ocean silvers, one was a 10+ lb hooknose. one 9lbs. one 71/2, and three residents around 3-4 lbs. the three of us limited out by 9:30 and lost four other fish. I cant believe there isn't more guys out there!
there were only a half dozen boats around, and no-one within a 1/4 mile of me. (then again not many guys like fishing in the shipping lanes)
coho flies and a 5mph troll worked again.
cant wait until they are in really good.

Steely, nope, point no point is in area 9 anyway, the fish have been anywhere from edmonds to west point, just have to hunt for them.

Yeah, Fuzzybutt, there ain't nothin' like ducking the MV Hyundai loaded with 800 ocean containers full of DVD players whilst pursuing coho salmon! It does get kind of hairy out there sometimes, no? The fishing has been pretty decent, I've found the incoming tide best out there for these fish - how about you?

Fished the low slack monday, hit 5 silvers just off the buoy at westpoint. Lots of shakers in there. A few blackmouth patrolling too. Dang, watch out for the Hyndai. I know what your talking about, the darn wake almost put me and the wife and kid in the drink...lol
