Used my new one yesterday.
Good to get out.
Ran into some newbies flyfishing the sound in shorts and t-shirts. That didn't last long once the north wind started blowing.
Saw a couple of nice crab on the low. Those lucky bastards should be lucky it isn't July or they'd be in some hot water.

I held out a couple days because the license machine at the store I went to on April 1st was down.

I have a great idea to lower costs. Make the indians pay up. Let's tax their casinos OR legalize complete gambling for non-indians and use the tax revenue from that to compensate for ridiculous fees. I'm sick of seeing them get away with murder. We get hammered for our licenses and still give the indians millions. In the mean time they are poaching, polluting and cheating in every way possible.

The secretaries are too busy giving out incorrect information and learning new ways to roll their eyes to empty a drop box.

I know this because last year I went downtown Oly to drop it off after hours thinking they must have a mail slot or something - nope so I slid it under the door. There is or was a dropbox at the front desk.

!970's.....State had a chance to have legal gambling in WA State...."the do gooders, churches, and others banded together to get that shot down."

Tribes saw a chance to jump in.....well you know the rest of the story. So our tax base is "sales tax, business tax, gas taxes, license fees, special levies, etc."...Not that others ways to, fund the spending beast in Olympia, but the taxpayers aren't buying the "state income tax" that has been tried many times.

Remember we did have the chance, 1st, to legalize gambling.......You see it now, tribal casino's are jammed......Reno hates it, many people from here, used to fly, drive to Reno just to gamble or buy booze....some on here would remember those days.
