So, I'm selling my house and moving 20 miles away at the end of May. My mail comes to a PO box in the Fall City Post office. This week, I received a notice that my PO box rental fee runs out at the end of this month, so I go in there and tell them I need it for just one more month, to the end of May. I'm told that I have to rent it for the minimum of 6 more months, even though I need it for just one. They say I'll get a partial refund of the 5 months I pay and don't use....3 months worth so 2 months rent is just flushed. I've had the box for 14 years and they won't rent it for just one more month.
Unbelievable.

I you have a UPS store near your house you can rent them at 3 mos increments.

I put my recycle bin next to my mailbox to save taking a bunch of useless paper into house... there is nothing valuable that comes in the mail that I cannot get electronically...

USPS needs to go away...

yeah, Cabelas catalogs show up in the mail, straight into the recycle bin.
