No, a wall will not be built on the U.S. - Mexican border. I can't keep deer out of my back yard. Mexicans are a lot smarter than deer, and a wall won't keep them from entering the U.S. Anyone with half a brain knows that, even Trump, although it hasn't been documented that he actually has half a brain.
