With the 26th pick the Hawks select Kevin King from UW. 6' 3" 32" arms, a typical Carroll corner.  I'd rather have Adoree Jackson or Sidney Jones. Both are legit #1 corners. King may become a legit #1 corner but I think he's a few years away from that. I will say that the pick King made against ASU was the best catch I've ever seen in Husky stadium! With his injury hopefully Jones slides to 26 as he's the best of the three!!

I wouldn't hate picking Doree, no way I'm taking a guy that just got hurt badly.Kevin has 4.45 speed at 6' 3" and 32" arms. I think Sidney will fall to the second round. We'll see tomorrow night.  Slight chance Sherman could get moved....it better be for crazy bank.

Lynch traded to Oak.
The Tacoma News Tribune is reporting the compensation will be two late round pick swaps next year.
Although delayed, the compensation will be able to be used this draft as a trade piece(s).
I'm happy for Marshawn who may get to finish his career in hometown Oakland and the deal returns something to the Hawks who did him a favour in not clawing back his unearned bonus money which they would have had the right to do.
This drama is now done and the the team can move forward.

Lynch is doing this for marketing of his Beast Mode gear. Sales were probably dropping off because he was becoming irrelevant . He will sell more hats in Oakland than he ever would have in Seattle.

#BeastMode's back will hold up longer than Lacy's ankle. I used to live in dread of what Skittles was about to do to the Niners. I hated that mofo, but at the same time I had a grudging respect for the way that man played football. He left it all out on the field. I'm looking forward to seeing him play again. I hope he tears it up and earns every penny of his incentives money. Lacey has a lot less miles than Beastmode. Rawls and Lacey will compete only to make them better....barring injuries of course.

We had the best tackle in the draft there for the taking twice and we traded down to make a division rivals stronger. This is sheer stupidity. Is Russ even going to want to resign with team that obviously doesn't care about his health?
SF cleaned up. Getting Foster at 31 is crazy. His shoulders must have been a big concern of a lot of teams.
