I was just given a Penn 600 Fathom master. Can anyone tell me where to get parts (no base came with it) and/or another Penn 600 to match this one? I know nothing about downriggers, any info. would help.

You can get bases at any place that sells the things and keep an eye on the classifieds for another one as the price of a new one is over $200 now.

Having owned Penn 600 for a very long time, John's in Everett is the only show. Check Penn.com and find the vendor list.
As far as purchasing new Penn's, outdoor emporium carries them as well as boaters world. Outdoor emporium might even have some mounting plates.
Congratulations! A great piece of equipment and it's made in the USA! None of theat Candaidian stuff on my boat, eh.
