Hopefully Bevell will fill one of the open head coaching job's in the NFL. He has been the O coordinator since 2011 through the most successful stretch in Hawks history, a time span that many D coordinators have been poached from the team. Based on that and how bad Hawks O can be in any given moment, I would say nobody is interested. But I'm wrong aplenty so we will see.

I say that because it seems quite of few players are still pissed about the SB play. The problem is, who are you going to replace him with. I'm sort of in between on this, PC is real loyal to his Coaches, so it probably wont happen. If we some how make it to the SB, he's safe. I like our chances on Saturday. I just don't see this team beating Atlanta on their field without Earl. Time will tell. It sure would be nice to have Prosise ready for that game. That guy is going to be a pro bowler for years to come. He reminds me of Forte.

Yeah lots of fumbles this season for Hester. He does have some decent ATL intel though. Maybe coming to a Championship team with a Coach that doesn't tolerate turnovers might make him concentrate more...or not. Better than using a player that yells at mountains and rates near the top at his position. <grin>

Father time has caught up to Hester. He's an OK pick up to fill a major roster gap just in time for the playoffs. I wouldn't expect too much. His only job is to make smart choices fielding the ball (he will) and not muffing it (TBD based on recent history). Anything past that is gravy...IMO.

How did the Donkey's do this year? Well they chit down their leg Duc - don't you get the news out there? Too many O injuries to overcome. But thanks for asking. Their POS punt returner (Norman) cost them at least 2 games this season from muffed punts. I'm glad the Hawks were able to pick up some actual talent in Hester. I'd missile kick Norman square in the dick if I ever saw him in person.

Like you said the chances of Hester muffing a punt is pretty slim...anything else is just gravy. If I was a Bronco fan I would wish they would try to lure Cousins from Wash. You guy's need some more offensive weapons too.

Well TM is out in Saturday's playoff game. https://sports.yahoo.com/m/2b0d8c02-3602...or-playoff.html This is pretty big. I do not have any doubts Rubin and Reed can plug up the middle for a time but depth has really sheared its ugly head against us again. This will have to definitely be a special chapter for us to progress through the playoffs. It is a concussion, so if we win, hopefully he comes back next game, cause we will need him. Just another kick in the nuts.
