this is continuing a discussion about curing eggs and "secret" methods. I had no idea what you were talking about when you said "dispersion". Pretty ironic in the Biology course I am taking we discussed dipersion that next day. Alchohol was the chief dispersing agents mentioned on this board, detergents are the agents we discussed in class. I am making a big assumption but maybe the reason borax is so popular is that it not only cures eggs but it acts as a dispersion agent to eggs also. ( breaking down the fat cells to be easily dispersed in water).
I did like the Tequilla idea however!
