We were up at Pacific Beach Saturday night and the clams were nearly a no-show. Lots of people struggled to get a partial limit. Some left with none. We had about half limits when dark hit and the tide turned, then nada.

Good digging at Grayland on Friday, 20 minute limits. Back to same exact spot on Saturday, same relative tide-time, maybe even better weather....NADA ! Everyone in immediate area (lots) struggling, I ended up with 3 and those were just lucky, because they weren't really showing at all. One of strangest digs I've ever experienced.

We went to the Caisino last Saturday and had to pound for every show, took 4 of us over an hour to get our limits. I figure there have been a tribal dig there and it was cleaned out.
