The Samish tribe wants to be transparent. It is the Swinomish tribe that does not.

And why did the Swinomish only invite certain landowners to the meeting and not all that might be affected? Seems odd......

And, of course, that is where the State and, in my opinion, the Federal Government has failed us keeping in mind that when the treaties were signed those Federal signatories were representing the U.S. Government and its citizens - which did NOT include the tribes nor their citizens.
