Yeah I'd seen that, but note Area 10 has very vague language. Compared to Area 9 with very specific dates?

Actually, the information for MAs 10, 11 and 13 is very clear. As of yet there is no scheduled opener. I also looked through WDFW announcements and could not find anything.

I just sent an email inquiry to one of the shellfish bios I know so will post any resulting information.

Seems way past time for WDFW to have made clear whether or not those areas will open on Saturday, 6 May.

If no opener in those three MAs on 6 May I anticipate three unfortunate results:

1. Some folks will go out and shrimp believing it is open in those MAs and be ticketed and be pissed.

2. Some folks will go further to one of the open MAs adding to the mess there and be pissed (along with the others there)

3. And some simply won't go shrimping and be pissed.

I thought maybe this was why they weren't going to open shrimp in mid MA10, I know the oysters have had . . . issues.
