I'd second that motion.

Highly recommend Ferris Northwest Guide Service. Bret has a 23 foot Grady White. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable charter captain whom will put you on a very enjoyable fishing experience. He offers a great combo trip for Salmon, Ling Cod & Rock Fish.

Be sure to also consider Tailwalker Charters especially if long fins are on your list. His Coldwater is hands down the best 6 pack platform out there being a walk around pilot house. Later in the season he will be running Allied's new pilot house for a second boat.

I've never fished with that dude but bring up talk about offshore fishing with serious anglers and that dudes name comes up like he's some kind of cultish legend. Like oh we caught 10 times the fish and 10 times the size and the guide still wanted more because he didn't feel like he was quite on his game... or something along those lines. Almost like the lore you hear around the fire at fish camp, crazy stuff!

First hand report: 6 of us put (87) 15 - 25 lb Albies in Mark's boat in 4 hours a couple of summers ago. At the time, I believe it was the boat record(?) and we were in at like noon - 1 pm because we had nowhere else to stuff fish. I rocked a few 5 - 7 fish bait stops and it hurt. Pretty insane... smile

87??? WOW!!!

Fished with Coleman twice last year and we STUFFED the boat both times and we were in the 40's, and ice was running LOW.

Dude knows that fishery!!! 1st rate outfit!!!

I'll see if I can dig up some pics from that trip. We had another 6 pack of guys in one of his other boats that same day and they got like 75, so we just beat them out to win our small time tourney.

I believe I ended up with 16 fish or something like 64 loins give or take. I brought (2) 85 qt. coolers and stuffed both. Almost all of it was canned. Took 3 consecutive days to process.
