First year in the last 20+ that I haven't fished Neah for salmon. July reports were lots of smaller fish with a few hogs. Swiftsure was quick limits of smaller Kings with a few pigs inside. way more coho than they thought they would have. haven't herd anything in August. getting a bit lake for the swarms of fish to still be hanging out there but you can start finding the bigger coho now out on the shipping lane rips if it is open.

I last went in early August. Easy limits of kings, tons of silvers, tons of bait and tons of whales. We went to Swiftsure, I bet the silvers are still there. Some were catching at the green can in the early morning. I don't know what a month will do, but I would guess the silvers will be around.

I had the same experience. Caught 4-7lb coho from the surface down to 150 and a few teener kings on tomics. Coho were eating krill and kings had herring. Didn't see a single pink. Lots of whales around. You should have a good time if you can get to Swiftsure.
