That's a negative Ghost Rider. Everyone knows Squatches can't fit into cockpits. Gnomes however make for dandy jocks. No gas pedals to reach and their large heads help store blood when pulling G's.

A friend's father was high-on-holy at White Sands and other installations back in their heyday. On his deathbed he pretty much said that whatever technology the public sees is 20 - 30 years down rev from what the military actually has. Think about it. An F117 was designed with a slide rule well before the digital age and supercomputing. There's a new report out that the Pentagon has "lost" 21 trillion over the years. UFO's ain't cheap.

After hearing about the 17 million dollar slush fund to defend our pervert congress critters.....nothing now will surprise me. I can't believe this didn't make front line news. I have lost all faith in our Government. evil

The SR-71 was designed and built in the 50s. Any sentient being knows that when it was finally replaced that there was something better out there.

Kinda reminds me of a conversation a coworker had with a submariner friend of his. They were driving down the freeway and my buddy asked how fast a sub could go. He was told "can't tell you, that's classified. But wed be keeping up".

There is a lot we don't know, probably a lot we shouldn't, but it emphasizes how important it is to keep informed and to elect people of quality to oversee.

You're right about the amount of tech subs possess. I was in MA10 when a boomer went by with its USCG escorts. That thing was the size of an office building and moving at about 12-15 kts. Not a ripple. Not one. I dunno how they can defy physics and hydrodynamics displacing that much water but the only wakes were generated by the Coastie boats.

The Kitchen aid mixers in the galley on those boomers are coated with a high tech rubber/polymer to reduce noise. I would love tour one of those bad boy's. Their even more impressive than an air craft carrier, and that's saying something.

Was doing a commercial gear survey and we flew over Dabob at about 100'. The lights were on so we knew a sub was practicing torpedoes. So, we went looking for it. Finally found this telephone pole (periscope) going down the center of the bay. Bright sunny day. Looking straight down we saw nothing. It was obviously right below the periscope and totally invisible.

Couple times those subs transited open gill net fisheries. Submerged. Kinda decorated the sail with nets.

A quality guy like Trump? Very quality guy. Stays in control. Never says anything outrageous and never gives us any reason to worry that he has his hand on the button. I agree with you Carcassman. So let's get the crazy piece of sh!t out of office before his big mouth and complete lack of control gives away all of our secrets and gets us all killed.
