Do I need a saltwater license for hoodsport or is it in a river? Never been there but I hear it is the place for dogs.

You must have a salt water liscense and salmon punch card. You are fishing in the hood canal at the mouth of finch creek. Don't forget to bring your riot gear and 30lb test.

its also a good place to get your ass kicked if you don't know what your doing. not good for beginers.

So is it the fish or the fishermen or both that are gonna kick my ass? Most of the whoopins' I got was from the dogs. I can't imagine it being any worse than opening day on the Carbon. That was where the zoo and the circus all came together in one place. Thanks for the licensing info.
