Just a thought in regard to WSR and tribes. What if the casino's where to targeted with negative ad campaign. This would redirect the focus from chump change to serious $$. Let's face it, If people rally behind the issue that costs some tribes income,there might be a change in feeling from netting to fish wheels or some other type of hatchery harvest.

They should use 30% of the casino profits to pen raise fish to sell and for that famous
ceramonyal purposes and pull the nets out for
ever.They sure didn't have casino's years ago
sittin around smokin the peace pipe did they????????.All netting should be ban due to
not being able to target one certain species
