New Mexico is a very corrupt state, maybe even more corrupt than this state, lots of corrupt cops, Nevada is bad as well but New Mexico is worse. I worked with a guy who had been a deputy in rural Nevada, he had some good corruption stories, but the worst ones I have heard are from a WSP trooper I knew who worked as a deputy in a North Western Montana town near the Canada Border he said nearly every cop he knew was getting cash related to drugs coming over the boarder,
