Has anyone out there tried these? I'm currently using a bobber stop and a sequin to keep my soft bead from sliding down my leader, but I'm always looking for a better way to do the job. Thanks.

Edward, I talked to Brandon at BnR and he said the T-stops are an improvement over the bobber stop and sequin. The bead will not slide over the T-stop as easily as it does over the sequin and bobber stop.I bought some already and will try them soon.

Thanks Lifter. Given the t-stop is not supposed to move once you position it above the hook, I'm wondering how easily it does/doesn't slide on the line as you are putting one on a leader. Seems like a lot of internal surface area to pass line through, but I haven't seen one in person. Good luck with them!

Edward, They slide down the leader the same as a bobber stop. That is you put your line through the wire loop and slide it onto the line the same as the little egg bobber stops. Once I got it on the leader, I moistened the line and it slid down easily. I again moistened the slender end (nipple) and inserted it into the soft bead and it seemed to hold really well. I just think the t-stop with the larger flat end will hold the bead better and not allow the bead to slide over it down to the hook. I always had trouble with the bead sliding over the sequin and bobber stop when the bead caught on the bottom when fishing. The bead would lots of times slide all the way down onto the shank of the hook. I haven't fished them yet. Only tried the t-stops at home. Hope this helps. Good fishing.
