Washington and Oregon wildlife officials will resume their annual campaign to trap and euthanize salmon-munching sea lions at Bonneville Dam as soon as this week.

It could be a target-rich environment.

Gotta watch that lawsuit by Humane Society, they would prefer that fishing stops of course.

Congress just needs to amend the Marine Mammal Protection Act, to take into account this new situation. Everything changes. Laws too.
