Does anyone have in expierence or own a mercury mariner motor. The boat I'm looking at has a 115-80 jet on the back of it. Looking for pros an cons of this motor.

You didn't say what year it is but I ran an early-mid 90s Mariner. Screamed like a banshee but was a bit of a gas-hog and could be cold-blooded (hard to start at first). I would not hesitate to buy a boat with one if it was taken care of.
