Anybody tried this new leader material from seaguar. They had it at Sportco today. Around $9 for a 100 yd leader spool.

I caught a > 30lb spring chinook on the older 30# leader material. I'd be interested tying a few leaders to see how it compares.

At sportco there was the blue label seaguar and the new sts leader. I have not tried the blue label seaguar but have heard good things. Just curious how the STS seaguar compares. I generally don't start using fluouro leader until low clear conditions of summer. I am going to give it a try and report back.

I'm part color blind since a mishap in the service. I'll often give to the flouro here in the saltwater, just 'cause it translates better to the swivels.
