Use what Terrel Owens uses. Sharpes work good. Fish On!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Small fish suck, so do rainbows and I'm not talking trout. Good luck to everyone fishing tomorrow.

Steelydan- Sharpie ultra fine point permanent marker!!
Just make sure to keep the cap on tightly as the tip tends to dry out.

I used a "Space Pen", it is the one that has a cap, and is about 3 inches long when capped. I got that one since I carry it in my pocket all the time. It writes on the punch cards first time every time though. Not cheap, it was $4, but I have had it for about a year.

Eric pretty well hit it on the nose. The ultrafine point Sharpies work great but they are not specifically made for writing in the rain. The catch record cards are made with either genuine "Rite in the Rain" paper by the "J. L. Darling Corperation" in Tacoma or a similar imitation. This same company makes an All Weather Pen . Here\'s some local dealers.

A space pen is one reputedly invented for astronauts. It has a special pressurized cartridge, and special ink to write in cold or hot, and upsidedown even. Its a gimmick, but it fits in my pocket, and writes on almost anything.
