Pretty slow and low at Reiters today. I fished 6-9am and hit a nice 10 1/2 pound buck at 6:30 on a glow in the dark corkie. Only saw one other fish caught while I was there. Stopped briefly at the Cable Hole and hear report of only one fish caught there. Tough fishing!

I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when I arrived at 5am and there was only one truck in line. When the 6am starting gun went off there were only three of us. By 7-8am there were about 20 anglers on the pond side. Not the way I remember from past years, but tnen again the fishing is not exactly hot, either.

I got to the Cable Hole at roughly 7:30 and there was one summer run on the bank. When I left at 11:00 I'd seen a total of 6 fish from there to where the trail heads up to the highway. Not exactly hot, but some fish being caught. ALL the fish I saw were summer runs, some boots...... Not a good sign. beathead
