Ahi Poke

16 oz Sash grade Ahi
¼ cup Green Onion
¼ cup Sweet onion
1 Lg. Avacado
1 glove garlic minced/chopped
1 Tbl fresh ground ginger
3 tsp Sesame oil
3 Tbl Soy Sauce
2 Tbls Mirin / sake
1 tsp Siracha


In a non- metallic bowl:
Cut the Ahi in to small chunks (sugar cube) and combine all of the ingredients gently so the Ahi and Avocado is not smashed.

Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve.

Please remember, this is tuna so be very careful with the temperature. Histamine/Scombroid poisoning is unlikely from a properly handled fish but it can happen.
