I think addicted was talking about running charters for Hali this summer off Whidbey or knows some people that do it...

Aunty M, I checked with MWR they have stopped the charter on Sea Plane. I will try to get in touch with Richard, We have talked about it before.

The closest charters that I know of are in Anacortes.
