I think Bob could pull fish out of any river regardless of CFS.

I know fishermen like that. I'm not one of them,... yet.

I fished with a guy during high water, and he kept telling me to cast in that seam of water..??? What seam? All I see is water. He told me there was a rock there. I couldn't tell. He pulled a fish out of there. Dang, he could pull a fish out of a drainage ditch. I'm still learning...
