2 of 3 places were out in Neah Bay last weekend. Fortunately we had some ice from the day before to get us by. Discovering no ice @ 04:30 and no options is a bummer. At least you have options out in Monte!

Try the store at Joyce. They have two big signs announcing they have frozen ice.

There's a store in clallam bay selling crushed ice for a dollar a snow-shovel full as well.

Saw you out on front north beach this morning. How did you end up? With the rough water surprised to see you out in your open bow? Must have got wetter than hell. We got our 3 nice kings by 1100.

Yeah they missed that forecast by a country mile. Went out thinking we'd have winds less than 10, wind waves 1 ft or less , 3 ft swell at 16 seconds. I'd say it was a LITTLE bigger than that. Bar crossing was SLOW and steady and we managed to stay dry.

Four kings for Team eyeFISH today. Released one while on the hunt for coho which were noticeably MIA today.

Funny how we couldn't keep 'em off yesterday.
