I started this in classified so here goes again. Who ever thought the state would move very fast? I received a call from Attorney Generals office last Friday. They told me that on May 5,6 and 7th of 2015 case will go to trial in Lewis County Superior Court. This will be a trial by Judge not Jury. I hope I'm relaying this right. Let's hope they pic a judge that hasn't seen to many contributions from the accused.

The delay was caused by an extension of time request by the defendant, not WDFW. I'm not saying the state has been speedy, let alone staying on top of this over the last 13 years, only that the most recent delay was not because of the state.

Thanks for the clarification Sg. The 13 years is what my remark "moving very fast" referred to. This hasn't been on the states highest priority list for sure.
