Just made some smoked lox from a chunk of greasy URB. Turned out great, a little cream cheese red onion and capers on a toasted bagel,,, . it's what's for breakfast.
I am down here in Arizona desert hunting quail with about six other people most of whom are from Montana. When I break up my smoke salmon there are's shouts of joy. These guys are really really into some good home canned smoked salmon.
