Fishing in Cayman

Since the Belize thread is up.....

Anyone here have any experience fishing in the Caymans? I'm headed down in 12 weeks for a spell and while I have been doing my own research, and know people who fish there, I'd appreciate any feedback any of you may have. I'll have access to a boat, and will partake in fishing the lagoons and shoreline with a heavy baitcaster.

Fished there back in the 90's. Can't remember who we fished with other then on a large boat offshore.
Caught some cudas and a 40+ lb Wahoo on the troll. The Wahoo was one of the best tasting fish I've eaten.
Wish I had brought my fly rod to try for bones and tarpon, but the great snorkeling made up for the lack of fishing.
We saw all kinds of cool fish throughout the island.
