Grays Harbor and Willapa CR-102

The Grays Harbor CR-102 was filed on May 17 with written comments due by June 22. The hearing is July 10, 10:00 am to noon at R6.

The Willapa CR=102 was filed on MAY 23 with written comments due by June 30. The hearing is June 30, 9:30-11:30 am at R6.

Looks like they forgot this clause for the CR102 at Willapa



"(i) It is unlawful to use set net gear.

(ii) It is unlawful to utilize any object, except the vessel deploying the gear, to impede a gillnet or its attached line or float from drifting."

Stay right on em you guys. SB has went as far as document ( with photos ) that violations are taking place and WDF&W has done nothing. ( using nothing is my attempt at being polite )

Don't forget the CR102 for recreational salmon for coastal marine areas filed on May 22.
