Was wondering if anyone can provide me with the optimal river flow for bank fishing in and around the blue Creek hatchery. I hear it's been high all spring and it looks like it has dropped alot .thanks

I've caught fish between barrier & the mouth of blue creek in most flows. Just adjust where you're targeting to the flows. If it's running high fish the softer water, if it's really high get upstream of a stretch of bushes or trees in the water and let your float work down through them. As long as there's fish and it ain't blowing at some stupid flow I'd fish it.
