Best bet is to go through andy and bax in portland. I bought an aire super puma, nrs frame with oars, oar locks and anchor system from them and saved over 1k on the purchase between sales tax, shipping and getting a package price (10% off anything from nrs) plus got the boat at sale price from aire. Total cost was 3900! Their very knowledgeable and have a good shop. As far as I know there is no where in Washington that is equal.
