My guess for WA ocean options in general terms:
LOW:
NO SALMON FISHING as all PNW stocks are well below historic.
MID:
NO COHO FISHING... with mark-select chinook fishery implemented during the time frame least likely to produce significant coho encounters.... i.e. sometime BEFORE July 1
HIGH:
Limited coho fishery sometime after July 1 with a 1 fish bag of either a hatch coho or any chinook.
