Launching today at BP, will be leaving my boat at Chinook Marina, Talked with friend who lives at Three Tree Pt and he has not noticed any fish being caught.

It’s been pretty slow the last 2 weeks. Yesterday we did well and today was slow. It’s Worth heading out if you can put your time in. There are a few around and it should only get better.

Hold onto that thought! The PSA Gig Harbor salmon derby is coming up on 10 August! Tickets are available for purchase at Pt. Defiance Marina, Sportco, Narrows Marina and ACE hardware in Gig Harbor. Or you can go to the PSAGH website ( https://gigharborpsa.org/) and purchase online.

Weigh-in and award ceremony will be held at Point Defiance Marina.
