Sekiu Choho Size? - 09/11/19 07:37 AM
Any decent sized Coho being caught up there? Earlier, smallies were the norm. Curious what could be heading in to PS, because still very few decent sized fish being caught here. Trying to stay optimistic even though the majority seem to be late or flying by and not biting.

I've seen some pictures of some decent sized hatchery coho on some social media platforms.
Lots of talk as always at this time of the year about having to cycle through a number of natives to get a limit of hatchery fish.
This weeks rain and the rain coming this weekend starting Thursday night should have fish moving.
While good eating, I'm ready for some bigger battles then the 3-4 lb rezzies off the beaches that have been hitting my bbq lately.

We caught a couple of coho in the 8 lb range last Friday and Sunday. I saw others that were in the lower double digits. Finding clipped fish was our problem. We had a 5 to 1 wild to hatchery hooking ratio.
