Lost rod and reel on the green

This is a long shot but wanted to ask if anyone found a rod and reel on the green this week. It belonged to a friend of mine and had a fish on the other end

It was lost at about central Avenue. Belongs to about the nicest fisherman out there. He handed the rod off to a 3 yr old and the fish pulled it out of his hands into the water.
