That's great news. I fear license & tax revenues will be in the tank this year though...creating another shortfall down the road.

I just wish they were more efficient at converting our tax money to quality fishing opportunity. That said, I'm better with WDFW wasting my money than Inslee & crew.

Does anyone know if the virus $100M "rainy day fund" can pull from other budgets or is that stand-alone money? I.e. could the state start raiding allocated budgets?
