Thanks for posting. That is the steepest pitched fishway I think I've ever seen. It looks steeper than the Alaskan Steep Pass fishway style that is often used to move fish above small waterfalls. It will be fascinating to see how well it moves fish this year.

I believe the sockeye will travel closer to shore.
Perhaps the chinook will stage downstream waiting for more favorable conditions.

It will be a year of learning, for sure.

btw I only blew concrete runways back in my service years.
