PS Crab - 07/20/20 06:32 PM

Second time out in MA10. Not very many crab for us. The ones caught were nice. How's everybody doing crabbing? Any reports? Going to try another place on Sunday.

South end of 8-2 is hit and miss......a hit is a few nice ones whereas a miss is blank pots.

Its been worth doing in our part of MA-10. Our shallower pots produced better over the weekend.

we got a limit of red rock for a 3 hour soak in MA10, no dungies. I don't know if the commercial guys got all the dungies, I would have expected to get some where we were at but, we didn't soak them long.

Got limits Thurs, Fri in the San Juans. Lots of crab overall. Good to see a healthy population.

Thanks for that info. Hopefully the later opener and reduced days/week will stretch out the quota to also allow for a winter season in MA 11.
