Curious why you oppose this and what factual resources you have researched to come to your decisions?

Also why you would direct others to "Just say NO" instead of encouraging them to do their own research and make a personal decision?

Recent events haven't convinced you that any combination of "Puget Sound" and "net pens" equals a hard, fast NO (for anyone who gives a crap about the health of the entire Sound)?

One of the net pens is planned to be near the mouth of the Skagit River with one of the last relatively healthy populations of steelhead and salmon left in Washington and certainly in Puget Sound. That is hard NO from me! We don't need any more parasites, pollution, or potential diseases.
