So, a couple of trailers launched before me. It was like 28* and all iced. Can I scoop some sand from South Monte to use above?

I've been "scooping sand" from the boat launch areas for 40+ years.
Use in my garden, fills low spots, good as a mix with planting soils, for flower bulbs.
Did I ask WDFW, yep I did but that was 40+ years ago....so I just keep doing,
Never a problem!!!!!!
