I'm not 100% sure, but I think that is all private access now. The only way I've been able to get there is by boat. If you do find a way there make sure you get there early and fish before the sleds move in. I was there a few weeks ago, the sleds would run up to the top of the hole right over the water I was fishing. talk about frustrating. fishing was good till about an hour after sunrise. It picked up again at sunset. you might get lucky going on friday instead of the weekend. If you do get directions would you mind sending them my way?

Thanks and
Good luck.

Just thought I would save you some time driving to the gravel bar. It is private land and there is a gate. All the guys you see driving in are friends of the owner and they have keys to the gate. Unless you know the owner and have a key to the gate the only way to fish on the bar is to get there by boat. Unless things have changed that is how it has been. If anyone know any different please give a reply.

When I fished there this summer, I met the guy that lives right there (he's has the camper parked by the river) and he said he has no problem if people go there to fish as long as they don't leave a mess. He even gave my buddy a ride back to the gate once. I understand there's a gate, I was going to ride my bike back there. If anyone know's more about the private property thing I'd sure like to know. If not, I'll have to try and bum a ride at the Blue Creek Launch. Hey Chasin' A Dream, thanks for the info. I appreciate it!
